Job Summary:
Perform Cybersecurity support services to assist AF Cybersecurity Program Managers and Information System Security Officers/Managers. Assist in maintaining effective programs that support missions and protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AF information resources. Gather data, analyze compliance and report results on the condition and progress of AF Cybersecurity programs, security plans, plan of action and milestones (POA&M) and A&A workflow tools data; patch management; information assurance vulnerability alerts; DoD 8570 certifications; FISMA compliance requirements; and approval to operate.

Skills:
Responsibilities
-
Make edits to existing Government documents, prepare briefings to update the Government on the status of actions and coordinate with all project members to meet the goals and objectives of the assigned task.

Complete meeting minutes; interact with unit ISSOs/ISSMs and commanders to provide security guidance, complete security assessment reports and provide solutions to commanders on how to improve their Cybersecurity programs.

Submit weekly status updates; develop and provide on-the-job training to Government, contractor and military personnel on various IT security tools, policies and procedures required to protect resources and meet standards.

Complete trip reports; support the Cybersecurity Trainers with updated information and materials for their area of responsibility for compliance with USAF, DoD and other national agency standards; and complete reports, plans and procedures as defined by the Cybersecurity Program Managers and Contract Program Managers.
Requirements

IAM Level 2 Cert (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP [or Associate] or GSLC
-
TS/SCI clearance required in JPAS

High school diploma or GED
-
Writing and/or editing documentation for any branch of the DoD or government agency
-
At least 2 years of experience as an ISSO/ISSM, working A&A documents, assessments, and Cybersecurity/IA program tasks

At least 2 years of experience with AF plans and policies
