ob Summary:
This position requires the interpretation of various policies across the IC community and being able to articulate and form AF IC policy in support of the various Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs). The Technical Writer will write and edit business process documentation such as policies, plans, standard operating procedures and standard installation procedures, reports, templates, and flow charts.

Skills:
Responsibilities

Write and edit business process documentation such as policies, plans, standard operating procedures and standard installation procedures, reports, templates, and flow charts.

Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction

Confer with customer representatives or vendors, to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.

Maintain records and files of work and revisions.

Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers

Analyze developments in specific function to determine need for revisions in previously published materials and development of new material

Develop new, and refine existing, document templates to enhance quality and productivity.
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
-
8570 Certification Requirements: IAM Level 1 (CAP, GSLC, Security+)
-
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligible
-
At least 3 years of experience using IC IT security policies and procedures
